Secret Sister Reveled

Wow what a cool big sister I have. I belong to a secret sister forum on www.splitcoaststampers.com for Stampin'Up demonstrators. It has been so much fun to get inspired from other ladies who are excited about the same hobbies you are. I have had a ball this round and really enjoyed the e-mail visits my Secret Sister (Luanne) and I have had. This is what she sent to me for the big revel. The long clear tubes have pencils in them and they are called "Smencils" they are made from recycled paper and each are a different smell like cherry, watermelon, grape etc. This kids will have a ball with these. The peanut brittle is YUMMY! How lucky am I to get 1 of the 16 batches she made. My Secret Sister is all the way in PA. Infact my last one was too. I must have the east coast calling to me. I would love to visit there some day.

Thanks Luanne your the greatest.

Happy Birthday to Zach!

Zachy got to pick where he wanted to go for his birthday lunch. He picked Mc Donalds. Big suprize!

Mom and Zach on a birthday Date Lunch at Mc Donalds.

Zach and Spencer decided to team up on this pumpkin. They made a pirate pumpkin with the chicken pocks. They worked together well.
Abbie designed the fancy lady spider front and center. She also designed the little black vampire bat pumpkin. Regan designed the little "Road Kill" pumpkin. He won the "most creative" award for him design at the father and daughters Halloween party at church.

"Super Why" the Cake.

Zach said "I want a "Super Why"cake for my birthday mom! So "Super Why" you shall have. All we had to go by was the pbs kids web site I set the laptop on the kitchen Island and went to it. Zach chose a yellow cake which we sprinkled jimmies(sprinkles) in the mix and made our own confetti cake. The outside is made with Fondant it is so much fun to use and you get such great results with it.

Zach Loved his cake he said "Mom it's "Stuper Why" that's totally awesome man"! That's what makes it all worth while.

Altered pocket calendar

Front of the pocket planner

Back of pocket planner

I made this little planner because I have tried everything to keep track of my life. I have used Franklin, Palm Pilot, Wall calendar's and Post-it-notes. I found that I do best when I can look at the whole month at a glance. It also has a small phone directory in the back for #'s that I don't have in my cell phone like Stamp clubs members, etc. I picked up this planner at Wal-mart for just a couple $'s I measured paper to fit and stamped away. I get so many compliments on this planner. I think I will have to have my stamp club girls make one for the new year.

Stampin' recipe: All Stampin'Up unless otherwise stated. Stamp sets- "Doodle This", Office Accoutrement's", Round Tab punch, Cool Caribbean classic stamp ink, Black Stazon ink pad, ribbon, staples, rhinestones from Wal-Mart.
