Little close up of the "Emerging Colors" you can find a great tutorial here.
I really had a hard time deciding it I wanted to have the orange scallops on the side of the card or not. My left overs were just staring me in the face a wanted to desperately to be used. Which do you like better of these to cards. With or with our the orange scallops?
If you haven't done this technique you must give it a try it so fun.

This is very pretty. I like it without the scallops best. Is this emerging color technique? I really like it.
Very interesting card. I will have to give the emerging colour technique a try!
Oh my... that is drop dead gorgeous! Totally love it, think I do prefer the one without the scallops ont he side
And great viewing choice ;)
WOW!Stunning!
Sooo gorgeous! I can't decide--it rocks with or without the scallops! :D
I like it without the scallops. This is a really great card!
very pretty - I like those orange accents on the 2nd card
WOW! Brooke, this is so pretty.
Brooke, these cards are soooo beautiful - I love those rich colours. Think I like the one without the side scallops better!
Hugs, Jean
Wow! I love this card so much...
I think I prefer it without the scallops but the orange around the edge really frames it, so maybe just use the colour as another background layer??
Who am I to judge though - it's a beautiful card whatever. x
SO pretty1
Brooke - that is just stunningly gorgeous - wowza! LOVE that technique and as for with or without scallops. ... i think the both look lovely - and the scalloped edging is kinda unique (and i love scallops) so I kinda like it with the scallops... its just beautiful!!!
hope we can talk soon!!!!

Wow great technique!
Very cool! Looks so "artsy", love it!
Very cool card, Brooke! I had never heard of that technique. I checked it out on SCS. Good job!
It's so stunning that it doesn't need the scallops.
I will definitely be checking out that link! I think it is beautiful either way (with or without scallops) but I think I am siding on the without side cause it makes the orange in the main graphic a special pop!
Gorgeous either way!
WOW - your card is so beautiful!!! I was too scared of the colors in this challenge to play in it. You ROCKED it!!!
definately without the orange scallops unless you were using it as a picture, then I would use the scallops. Love the shine :)
